DACH reporting rules are expanding — unevenly

Germany's NIS2UmsuCG, Austria's NISG 2024 and Switzerland's ISG each set their own thresholds, sectors and clocks. One incident can trigger different duties — or none.

Most companies only discover which rules apply after the 24-hour reporting window has already started.

  • Three regimes, three thresholds, three timelines
  • Thresholds mix headcount, revenue and sector lists
  • Orientation after an incident is too late — the clock has already started

How it works

  1. STEP 1

    Tell us about your company

Your domain and a short questionnaire — sector, size, locations, EU customers. About two minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    We analyse

NexusScope maps your profile against all three regimes and checks your public footprint (DNS, TLS, web headers) for visible gaps.

  3. STEP 3

    You get one unified report

Per-regime status, reporting deadlines, a prioritised gap list and the reasoning behind every conclusion — in plain language.

What the report looks like

Every NexusScope report centres on three outputs: Regime Status, Gaps, and Deadlines.

  • 01

    Regime Status

IN / OUT / UNCLEAR for DE, AT and CH — independently assessed.

  • 02

    Gaps

Prioritised findings from your public footprint, with clear next steps.

  • 03

    Deadlines

    The 24 h / 72 h / 30 d clocks for each applicable regime.

Frequently asked questions

+Does NIS2 / NISG / ISG apply to my company?

It depends on sector, size and structure — the thresholds differ between Germany, Austria and Switzerland. NexusScope checks your profile against each regime and tells you where you stand, including what remains unclear.

+Is this legal advice?

No. NexusScope is an automated orientation based on public sources and your answers. It shows reasoning and confidence levels and clearly marks uncertainty. For binding decisions, consult legal counsel.

+What happens with my data?

Your data is stored in Switzerland and the EU, used only for your report and to notify you about early access. We scan only public sources, honour robots.txt and never access protected systems.
